Pavement Overlay System

Suburban Asphalt provides a variety of paving services, such as pavement overlay, which is a preferred method of asphalt resurfacing. Overlay involves repairing, milling and leveling existing asphalt. Following this, asphaltic tack sealant is sprayed and paving fabric is than applied. This method is ideal for property owners who want their pavement to look great and last.

Asphalt Removal & Replacement

For cases when asphalt hasn't been properly maintained or has simply outlived its normal life expectancy, Suburban Asphalt removal and replacement services may be necessary. This process involves first removing the old asphalt surface. Next, the base is then inspected and repaired as necessary. After problems with the base have been identified and corrected, new asphalt is then installed and compacted.
