This project included a complete reconstruction of the center parking lot at Goodwill Industries’ Talentbridge location in Greendale, WI. Specifications required the entire asphalt and stone cross section to be removed due to instability. Then, drian tile was installed in order to aide in groundwater drainage. Once drainage was achieved by grading the existing sub grade, a full cross section of stone and asphalt was installed.
